Design & Implementation of New Services
Delivered as a one or two day workshop with, as an option on-site support for specific projects.
* approaches to designing and implementing new services from the customer perspective
* engaging senior managers, customers, and other stakeholders
* directing and coordinating complex projects & delivering business as usual
We-Need
At this stage we're developing a user interface and mapping tool for people to express their own support requirements, and for anonymous aggregation of this information to give a snapshot of the support needs within a community.
We followed up the support received from, amongst others Headshift , and we're now in discussion with a charity about creating a working prototype of the application.
